Terms and conditions are accepted by the costumer in connection with you booking the boat. The terms will at any time be available at www.duffyboats.dk and updated as needed.

Booking
On http://duffyboats.dk/booking you can book your boat in all of the days 24 hours. When you have made a booking through the system, you will receive a confirmation on your email.
Payment
DuffyBoats accepterer Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro samt Mobilepay. DuffyBoats er momsfritaget og de viste priser er derfor som udgangspunkt eksklusiv moms og i dansk valuta DKK.
Ved bestilling reserveres det fulde beløb på kundens kort. Først når turen er endeligt bekræftet, hæves det fulde beløb.
Betalinger håndteres sikkert af Bambora som indløser.
How to do a cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking, this can be done by sending a mail to info@duffyboats.dk with your name and date of booking.
Right of cancellation:
The trip can be canceled 2 weeks before the date of sailing. If this is not the case: if cancelled a week before sailing date, we will take 600,- DKK in adminstration fee's. If there is less than a week left, you will not get any money back.
DuffyBoats er berettiget til at aflyse enhver tur grundet dårlige vejrforhold eller andre faktorer, DuffyBoats ikke har kontrol over. Ved aflysning fra DuffyBoats side vil kunden blive refunderet 100 % af bookingens pris.
DuffyBoats have the rights to cancel any trip if the weather conditions are bad or there is other factors. By cancellation from our side, DuffyBoats, will the costumer get 100 % of the trips price refunded.
DuffyBoats also have the right to stop any ongoing trips if the Skipper evaluates that their is inappropriate behavior.
